Here at Li'l Zippers we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and that pricing is true and correct, however in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order as confirmed, we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a refund.

Currently, Li'l Zippers only delivers products within Australia and New Zealand and we use the Australia Post shipping and delivery service. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours with delivery times after dispatch depending on the shipping option selected by the customer. 

Postage costs and expected delivery times are detailed in the table above. The expected delivery times are those provided by Australia Post, our chosen shipping company. They are estimates only and Li'l Zippers cannot guarantee any delivery time once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking Numbers are provided in the Shipping Confirmation email which is sent once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order by clicking the link in your email or by accessing the Australia Post website.

If an order is returned to us due to customer error (such as incorrect address details entered), any attempted re-delivery will be charged at the full applicable rate. This includes any orders which originally qualified for free shipping. Payment of said delivery fee will be required before the order is re-delivered.
