ABOUT US

We are a family business. In 2012, we opened a retail children's store in our Yarra Ranges hometown with a dream to let kids be kids and bring the art, wonder and love back into the too often commercial world of children's toys, clothes and accessories. That store, Hugs for Kids, is now onto its second store and exciting kids across Melbourne.

At our store, one of our favourite brands was Li'l Zippers. The concept was fantastic, the quality unsurpassed and the designs elegant. It was so easy to sell because we believed in it so much.

So when the original owner told us she was looking to move onto other things and that Li'l Zippers might have reached it's end, we said, "We'll buy it!" without hesitation. There was no way we could let such a wonderful product simply disappear.

We also own another children's brand, roastedfox, so we have plenty of experience in the manufacture of quality garments. In fact, as luck would have it, both brands were already made at the same factory!

Q. Are you stable and secure?: When you buy from Li'l Zippers, you buy safe in the knowledge that we are a "proper" business backed by a ricks and mortar store as mentioned above. In fact, it is our physical store in Belgrave, Victoria where your online orders are lovingly picked, wrapped and packed by our shop staff. And that is part of what makes Li'l Zippers so special. Q. What sort of products do you sell?

At Li'l Zipers, we make long and short baby zip rompers, beanies and blankets.

Our Zip Rompers are designed to make nappy changing a breeze under any circumstances and our matching, reversible beanies and blankets ensure that you can mix-and-match your entire wardrobe.

All our garments are made from a beautiful soft cotton that is durable, beautiful, wash 'n' wear and super comfy for baby.

Q. Who do you cater for?: Our rompers are available for babies from Premmie through to Size 1.Our garments are not only great for everyday wear but they make the perfect Baby Shower or Coming Home gift ideas.

Q. Do you stand by your products?: Our own kids have worn the products we make, so do we care about what we put on the shelves? You better believe it. If it's not good enough for our kids, it's not good enough for yours.

Q. What payment options can I use?

Q. What are your delivery time frames?: Here at Li'l Zippers, we deliver via Australia Post shipping and delivery services. All orders will be processed and dispatched with 24 hours of payment confirmation and delivery times after dispatch depend on the shipping option selected by the customer. Q. What are your shipping fees?: We offer flat rate $7 shipping on all non-express orders so you always know what to expect. You can view our delivery pricing structure here.

Q. Where do you ship to?: At the moment, Li'l Zippers only delivers products within Australia and New Zealand. If you wish to arrange a delivery to another country, please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact us for a customer shipping quote.

Q. What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase

At Li'l Zippers, we are committed to customer service. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

When purchasing clothing, please choose carefully. We will exchange for a different size only if available. If there are no alternative sizes available in that style, we will exchange for another item of your choice only if it is a current style, in stock and the item you purchased was full price. If you are purchasing clothing on sale, we will exchange for another size if available, however we cannot exchange it for another style.
