At Li'l Zippers, we are committed to customer service. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
When purchasing clothing, please choose carefully. We will exchange for a different size only if available. If there are no alternative sizes available in that style, we will exchange for another item of your choice only if it is a current style, in stock and the item you purchased was full price. If you are purchasing clothing on sale, we will exchange for another size if available, however we cannot exchange it for another style.
All size exchanges will incur postage charges both for you to return the product to us, and for us to provide you the replacement (unless the product is not true to size or is deemed faulty). If you would like further information or exact measurements prior to purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to measure the garments to assist you in choosing an appropriate size.
If you do wish to return an item, you should first return it to the place of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the result, please contact us directly using the form below and we will be in touch within two (2) business days to discuss your options.
